Play guess the email

You find a company that has cool products. You want to ask them a couple of questions before you buy. It takes you 10 minutes to find an email address – or worse – they only have a 1-800 number listed – and because you do not live in that country you cant use it!

Yes I know there are a lot of spammers out there waiting to grab your email address off your website, but the point of a website is to encourage potential customers to contact you right?

Which brings me to a related variation of this theme – the big mega-corporation website that tells you how great they are – and then lists their actual sales outlets as some sort of appendix list of links. Its like they are saying “Oh dear – you actually want to buy? – well good luck. Click here and hope.”
